Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

AutoLister AI ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Chrome extension or web app ("Product"). By using the Product, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use the Product.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

When you sign in to the Product using an email link, email code, or Google, we collect the following:

1.2 Usage Data

We collect certain information about how you use the Product:

1.3 Reliability Diagnostics

To investigate failures, we collect error messages, limited stack traces, recent AutoLister activity, operation identifiers, extension version, browser family, marketplace region, photo counts, and the last confirmed step. We link these records to your account when we can verify it. Phone uploads use a hashed session reference for diagnostic correlation.

Diagnostic traces exclude photos, generated descriptions, full page HTML, raw upload links, and authentication tokens. We filter and redact diagnostic fields before storing them or sending exception reports. We do not record browsing sessions or unrelated page activity.

2. How We Collect Information

Web app drafts and usage

Web app draft photos and text are saved in this browser on this device. They are not synced between devices. Photos selected for generation are temporarily uploaded to prepare the requested text and follow our existing upload cleanup. Clearing this site's browser data also removes local drafts.

To measure web app use, we record app visits, sign-ins, generation outcomes, copies and checkout activity. A random browser identifier and a session identifier help avoid counting reloads or retries twice. These events do not include draft text, photos, filenames or authentication tokens. Signed-in events are linked to the verified account. Small web usage metrics are kept for 30 days; detailed generation evidence follows the existing cleanup.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share your information with the following parties as necessary to operate the Product:

Reliability service providers

We store diagnostic records in Supabase. We may send sanitized exception reports to Sentry to investigate errors, and use Resend to deliver internal issue alerts and support emails. Internal alerts contain limited failure context and a link to our authenticated admin tools. These providers process the information needed to provide their services. See the Sentry Privacy Policy and Resend Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services & Links

The Product integrates with the following third-party services:

The Product’s Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from within the extension (such as Vinted or GitHub). We encourage you to read their privacy policies directly.

6. Data Retention and Account Termination

We retain your personal data (email, subscription metadata, usage counts) in Supabase as long as your account exists or until you request deletion. Your Stripe Customer ID and subscription information are retained by Stripe according to their retention policies. We store your session token and profile data in chrome.storage.local as long as you remain signed in or until you sign out. If you choose to delete your account, we will remove all associated data from our Supabase database within 30 days and revoke any active Stripe subscriptions.

Unsent diagnostic events expire after 24 hours and are removed when the browser's diagnostic queue next runs. Diagnostic evidence in our database expires after 24 hours, or one hour after an issue is resolved. Group summaries expire 24 hours after the last occurrence; delivery receipts and completed operation records expire after 25 hours. Scheduled cleanup deletes expired records. These limits do not replace the existing retention of billing, usage, security, and support records. Copies in exception monitoring and email services follow those services' configured retention and our support mailbox retention.

7. Your Rights & Choices

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data:

However, no system is completely secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately (see Section 12).

9. Fair Use Policy and Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate our fair use policy.

10. Children's Privacy

The Product is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are under 13, do not use the extension. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that data.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Product after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
